A vision may be for a period of at least 3 years ant that it needs to be changed not just after years but also after the leader deems it necessary, besides nobody would die for a target but people would give their best even themselves for a cause.

System

This is where management comes in - what type of system do you adopt in order to foster your vision with the people backing you up to reach it. This management system enables the organization to move with ease as each milestone is reach until the vision is at hand.

Combining these major considerations together would translate to a more solid business one that even crisis can not move. Take care of your people consider them as human capital not just resource - invest in them, ensure that the vision is clear and that the system of management adopted will aid you reach your companies full potential - be profitable today consider the facts.
